About
Oona Kokopelli is a German artist, currently living and working between Vancouver, Lisbon, and Berlin.
After 25 years of studio-based practice and international gallery representation, she left the studio behind. Today her atelier is wherever water meets light.
The Rituals of Light watercolor series is painted spontaneously on location — weightless works that capture a moment of pure presence. Each painting serves as inspiration for larger canvas works created between cities and continents.
Each piece is numbered, titled, and one-of-a-kind. A journey in watercolor, documented from the very beginning.
